"The effective supervisor possesses and uses several skills in the supervisory process. The supervisor-supervisee relationship is important. Trusting relationships create an environment where supervisees can discuss difficulties in practice without fear of censure".

Clinical Supervision

I provide high-quality clinical supervision that is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I am deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring associates, creating a safe space for growth, reflection, and skill development. My approach emphasizes ethical practice, self-awareness, and the integration of theory into real-world clinical work, with the goal of helping associates build confidence and competence as they develop their professional identities.

What is your supervisory style?

My supervisory style is both compassionate and direct, creating a supportive space where associates feel safe to learn, reflect, and grow, while also being held accountable. I have high expectations when it comes to humility—I believe that being open, asking for help, and recognizing what you don’t yet know are essential qualities for professional growth. I don’t expect associates to come in knowing everything; in fact, I see supervision as the place where you are meant to bring your questions, challenges, and cases so we can work through them together. I am committed to helping associates build confidence and competence, but I also expect you to come prepared and engaged, knowing that supervision is what you make of it.
